Stamped Concrete
FAQ
What is Stamped Concrete?
Stamped concrete is the process of taking a rubber texture mat and stamping the mat into wet concrete to leave it with the desired textured look. This can largely be achieved in one of two ways -- fresh pour or overlay. This means that a new pad of concrete can be poured and stamped, or a 3/8" overlay can be applied over an existing pad of concrete and stamped. The latter of the two is typically more economically efficient, but the best solution is to stamp something that has to be poured when the initial building is completed.

How Long Does it Take to Install?
Each floor is different and the time it will take to install a given floor will differ slightly from project to project. Stamped concrete can usually be installed in just a couple of days, as the stamping, staining, and sealing must be completed almost immediately after pouring the concrete to prevent the elements from damaging the poured concrete.

Why Stamped Concrete?
Stamped concrete is a great fit for exterior surfaces that want to stand out. The high texture that stamped concrete provides makes it an ideal floor for around pool decks, entryways to commercial spaces, or walkways.
