A Grind & Seal is the process of semi-honing a concrete floor, staining if desired, and applying two coats of a durable sealer to protect the floor. ​

How Long Does it Take to Install?

Each floor is different and the time it will take to install a given floor will differ slightly from project to project. Stamped concrete can usually be installed in just a couple of days, as the stamping, staining, and sealing must be completed almost immediately after pouring the concrete to prevent the elements from damaging the poured concrete. ​​
